About
School software, made by people you can reach.
Synthixx Campus is a school operating system: fees, attendance, results, timetable, staff, certificates and the portals parents and students use. It is built and run by Synthixx Technologies, and this page says plainly who we are and how we work.
What Synthixx Campus is
Synthixx Campus is cloud school management software. A school registers, imports its students from a spreadsheet and starts with fees or attendance; parents, teachers and students then sign in to their own view on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install. It was built first for schools in Pakistan and is now offered to schools in the Gulf, Africa and South Asia.
Who is behind it

Muhammad Shafi
Chief Executive Officer. Runs the company and its relationships with schools.

How we work
A person checks every payment
Plans are paid for by transfer — to a Pakistani account in rupees, or to our Rizon account in dollars — and a person confirms each one before the plan is switched on. Nothing is charged to a card automatically.
Support in English and Urdu
Write to info@synthixx.com. A school's question is answered by someone who works on the product, not by a script.
You can look before you commit
The live demo opens a working school with no account and no card, and every paid plan starts with a three-day free trial.
Your records leave when you do
Students, fees and payments export to CSV from inside the app, at any time and at no charge.
What we do not do
We do not take a percentage of the fees a school collects, we do not sell personal information, and we do not show advertising. We have not been independently certified — for example to ISO 27001 or SOC 2 — and this site does not imply that we have. How student data is protected is set out, line by line, on the security page, and the privacy policy says who it is shared with.
Questions about the company
Who makes Synthixx Campus?
Synthixx Campus is made by Synthixx Technologies. Jawad Zaheer Kyani is the founder and developer and Muhammad Shafi is the chief executive.
Where do I reach a person?
Write to info@synthixx.com. Support is in English and Urdu. The contact page also has a form, and the live demo needs no account if you would rather look first.
Do you take a share of the fees our school collects?
No. Parents pay the school directly, by whatever method they already use, and the office records the payment. We are not a payment gateway and we take no percentage of what a school collects.
How do we pay for the software?
A school pays for a plan, per school and not per student. In Pakistan that is in rupees; everywhere else it is in US dollars, sent from your own Rizon account. Each payment is checked by a person before the plan is switched on, usually within twelve hours.
Is there anything you will not do?
We do not sell personal information, we do not show advertising, and we do not guess: a price, a number or a claim on this site is one we can show. Where something is not yet true — a certification, a count of schools — this site leaves it out rather than imply it.
