How the fee month runs

1Set the fee once, per class and per campusTuition, admission, exam, transport or any head you add. Class 1 in the main branch and class 1 in the second branch can carry different amounts.
2Generate the month in one clickThe system creates every student's fee for the month, including discounts and siblings, instead of the office typing challans one by one.
3Parents see it the same dayThe amount, the due date and the status appear in the parent's portal, so “I didn't know it was due” stops being an answer.
4Record the payment however it arrivesJazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer or cash at the counter. The accountant records it against the student with the transaction number, and the fee is marked paid.
5Print the challan or the receiptA clean printed challan before payment, a receipt after — both with the school's name on them.

Synthixx Campus does not take a cut of your fees and does not sit between you and the parent as a payment gateway. Parents pay the school the way they always have — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer or cash — and the office records what arrived, with the transaction number, against the right child. That keeps the money in the school's own accounts and keeps the record accurate.

Questions about fees

Can we charge different fees in different branches?

Yes. Fee amounts are set per class and per campus, and the monthly generation respects both.

Can we give a discount to a sibling or a deserving student?

Yes — a discount is recorded on the student's fee, so the challan and the arrears both show the real amount.

Does a parent get a reminder?

Parents see unpaid fees in their portal, and the school can send an announcement or a message to the families concerned.

Who can record a payment?

Only staff you give the accountant or admin role to. Every record keeps the name of the person who entered it.

What about last year's records?

Past fees and payments stay in the system and can be reprinted; nothing is deleted at the end of a session.

Can our accountant use it without training?
