Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Synthixx Campus is provided by Synthixx Technologies (“we”, “us”). By registering a school or using Synthixx Campus you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you register on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts

• Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• The school decides who gets access (staff, parents, students) and is responsible for the access it grants and removes.
• Student ID codes and school codes should be shared only with the students and parents they belong to. A school can issue a new code at any time.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees on our website and in the app, monthly or yearly.
• Eligible plans start with a free trial of the length shown. When the trial ends, the school needs a paid plan to keep paid features.
• Payments are made by the methods shown in the app (such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer). A subscription is activated after we confirm the payment.
• Each plan has limits (for example students, staff, campuses and daily AI requests). Moving to a smaller plan may limit adding new records.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed with us in writing.

4. School data

• The school owns the information it puts into Synthixx Campus. It gives us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
• The school is responsible for the accuracy of its records and for having the right, including parents' consent where needed, to record and share them.
• School administrators can export their data. We back it up nightly as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to see or change another school's, campus's or family's information, or get around access controls;
• upload unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or use notifications to send spam;
• interfere with the service, overload it, or copy or reverse-engineer it;
• share accounts or codes with people who should not have them.

6. AI features

AI answers and drafts are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Check them before relying on them, especially for anything about a student's results, fees or wellbeing. AI use is limited per school per day by plan.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Synthixx Campus available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a provider outage. We may improve, change or retire features; we will give notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.

8. Suspension and ending

• We may suspend an account for non-payment or for breaking these terms, and will tell the school why.
• A school can stop using the service at any time. Its administrators can export its data first; we delete it on request.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Synthixx Campus is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the school paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell school administrators about important changes. Questions: info@synthixx.com or our contact page.
