Software written for schools abroad quietly assumes things that are not true in Pakistan: one campus, one currency of fee, a card payment on file, a parent with an email address they check daily. A system built here has to deal with three branches under one name, a fee that differs by class and by campus, payments that arrive by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer or cash in an envelope, and a father who will notice a phone notification but has never opened his email.

  B-Form, birth certificate and past results kept in a private vault, with school-leaving, character and bonafide certificates issued with a serial number and a QR code anyone can verify.
