Priced per school, not per student.
A school with 900 students pays the same as a school with 900 students next door — there is no per-seat charge that punishes you for growing, and no commission on the fees you collect. Prices are in rupees, billed monthly or yearly.

How paying works
You pay by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer from inside the app: choose the plan, send the amount to the account shown, and enter the transaction number. We confirm it and the plan activates — usually the same day. There is no card on file, nothing renews behind your back, and no money is ever taken automatically.
A yearly plan costs less than twelve monthly payments. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing; the free trial exists so that you can decide before paying anything.
What every plan includes
The plans differ in size — how many students, staff, campuses and admins — not in whether your school's data is looked after. Every plan, including the free one, gets its own sealed database rules, a recycle bin for deleted records, a full backup every night kept for 30 days, and parent and student portals.
Questions about pricing
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The school keeps its data and can still sign in; paid features wait until a plan is active, and a reminder appears well before the last day.
Do we pay per student?
No. The price is per school; the plan simply sets how many students, staff and campuses it covers.
Do you take a percentage of our fee collection?
No. Parents pay the school directly; we never sit between you and the fee.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. Moving to a smaller plan may stop new records being added once you are over its limits, but nothing existing is removed.
Is there a discount for a group of branches?
Campuses are part of the larger plans rather than a separate charge. For a large group, ask us on the contact page.
What if we stop paying?
The account is suspended rather than erased, and we tell you why. Your records stay yours — ask us and we will get them back to you.
