Every paper the school keeps, online and verifiable.

Twenty-five kinds of document that Pakistani schools actually ask for — B-Form, birth certificate, previous school leaving certificate, last result card, the father's CNIC, vaccination record, domicile and the rest — each with its own place in the student's record.

• Uploaded from a phone camera

  The office, or the parent from their own portal, photographs the original. No scanner needed.

• Checked, not just collected

  The school marks each document verified or asks for a clearer copy, so you know what is actually on file.

• It reads the document

  The B-Form number and the child's name are read from the picture, and the system flags it when the spelling on the document differs from the spelling in your records — the difference that fails a board form two years later.

• Identity numbers shown safely

  A B-Form number is displayed as 37405-•••••••-8 on screen, with the full number only where it is needed.

• Private storage

  Documents are never public. They are served through short-lived links to the office and the child's own family, and every open is logged.

• A missing-papers list

  The school sets what it requires per class, and sees at a glance which children are still short of a document.

The verification page shows only what is needed to confirm the document. It is never listed in search engines, and the code itself cannot be guessed.

• Standard card size, ten to a page

  85.6 × 54 mm, printed ten to an A4 sheet so a whole class costs a few rupees.

• A QR code that does two jobs

  It marks attendance at the gate, and it lets anyone confirm the card is real and still valid.

• On the phone as well

  Students and parents can show the card from the portal when the printed one is at home.

• Reissue without confusion

  Printing a replacement automatically cancels the old card, so a lost card stops working.
